I will not ship a dahlia tuber unless it has a visible sprout forming at the time of mailing. Tubers will only be shipped once the weather has warmed enough that danger of them freezing during transport has been diminished--usually April or May.
All tubers are shipped USPS and should arrive withint 3-5 days of being mailed from our post office.
