Delivery

All customers will be charged $18 for shipping. If the order can be shipped in a small USPS flatrate box, then the difference will be refunded at the time of shipping.

Dahlia tubers will be shipped in April and May using USPS. Tubers will only be shipped once they show a clear sprout emerging from the tuber.

Refund Policy
If a customer is dissatisfied with a tuber when it arrives, we request that the customer provide a photograph of the tuber in question and reasons for dissatisfaction via email withint one week of receiving the tuber. 
If a tuber does not bloom true to cultivar name, please send us a photo of the bloom no later than November 1 of the current season.

We will not make refunds for tubers unless we receive immediate notification of the problem within one week of the tuber's delivery. Customers who opt to purchase tubers in one growing season and hold them until the next year to plant must accept full responsibility for that decision. We will not refund for tubers that have been held for months before being planted. We do not ship a tuber unless it has a sprout, so it is ready to be planted immediately upon its arrival at the buyer's address.
